After graduating from the University of Kansas with a master degree in geology, the founder’s grandson, Kyle Tirdea, joined Lauds’ daily operations. His expertise in metals and gemstones brought fresh perspectives, further enriching the brand’s vision and growth.

Seeking greater business opportunities, Lauds’ leadership relocated the office to New York, positioning the brand at the heart of the global jewelry market.
